Backstages: discover what goes on behind the scenes of our wines

With Backstages, step behind the scenes of the family estate’s usually closed doors and discover the secrets of crafting our organic and biodynamic wines. Guided by Marion, follow the journey of a bunch of grapes, from its arrival at the winery to bottling, including vinification, aging, and blending.
Just like preparing for a major concert, every detail counts. You’ll discover how the choice of grape varieties, the work with yeasts, aging in tanks or barrels, and time itself shape wines that are true to their terroir. Marion will also share the family history, her vision of organic and biodynamic viticulture, and the specific characteristics of the Southern Rhône appellations.
After exploring behind the scenes, it’s time for the show: the visit concludes with a guided tasting of 4 wines (2 whites and 2 reds, including 1 Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 1 Côtes-du-Rhône, 1 Massif d’Uchaux and 1 IGP Méditerranée), to extend the experience in the glass.

Take a front-row seat to witness the most spectacular show of all: the vineyard! Guided by Marion, this stroll through the heart of the vineyard invites you to discover the landscapes, terroirs, and appellations that make the Southern Rhône Valley so rich.
Facing the Massif d’Uchaux, Mont Ventoux, and the Dentelles de Montmirail, you’ll understand how soils, grape varieties, climate, and biodiversity shape the identity of our wines. Each plot plays its part and reveals the expression of its terroir. This walk is also an immersion into our philosophy: organic and biodynamic viticulture, respectful of the soil and all living things.
The experience concludes in the cellar with a guided tasting of four wines (two whites and two reds, including one Châteauneuf-du-Pape, one Côtes-du-Rhône, one Massif d’Uchaux, and one IGP Méditerranée), allowing you to rediscover in your glass everything you learned in the vineyards.
