Tasting

DégustationA beautiful straw-yellow robe, bright and clear with pearly reflections. The nose is intense, with lovely notes of quince paste and white fruits in syrup, mingled with spicy notes and saffron. The palate displays a very fine balance, with a lovely vivacity, nicely enveloped by a pleasant sweetness, accompanying notes of white fruits, with a lovely persistence on the finish.

A 100% Grenache Gris from a charming estate with distinctive wines (their whites are particularly interesting, from their entry-level wines to their Châteauneuf-du-Pape). Golden color, roundness and power, lovely texture and a long finish. Highly recommended!
