Tasting

DégustationWith its delicate straw-yellow hue, this blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Clairette elegantly expresses its floral and white fruit aromas, along with hints of citrus zest. Linden blossom, jasmine, fennel, pear, medlar, mirabelle plum, and white peach are underscored by a subtle minerality and a touch of white pepper and toasted almond. The very elegant attack on the palate is round and full-bodied, followed by a pleasant freshness that carries the floral and white fruit notes on the finish.

“A complex nose with pear, quince, honeysuckle, almond, and caramel. Full and rich with a tonic quality. Textured and persistent. An energetic finish with mineral notes of gunflint and flint. “
