Vineyard & winemaking
Blend: Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, Caladoc and Alicante- Area: 4 hectares at the foot of the southern slope of the Uchaux Massif
- Average age of the vines: 20 years
- Soil: clay-limestone, light alluvial soils
- Methods and winemaking: Mechanical harvesting in the cool of the morning to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Destemming, crushing, fermentation for 4 to 6 days at 20-25°C in concrete tanks, then racking and pressing. Aging in concrete tanks for several months. Blending of several vintages (generally two). Light filtration and bottling in batches of 8,000 to 10,000 bottles approximately every six months.
